Rainbow Spinners

Last week we split white light into rainbow colours using a prism and sunlight.
Today we looked to see if we could make white light by spinning rainbow colours very quickly (we used a motor, wires and a battery to do the fast spinning)!

We spun different combinations of colours to guess and then see what the colour mix would be each time.

We all made our own colour disks and spun them to see what the colours would mix together to become.

Each colour wheel is different, each is special!
