We made an anemometer in our class.
Today was a very windy day. We took the 1 minute sand timer and the anemometer outside with us.
We counted how many times in one minute the red cup passed the boy holding the anemometer.
We tried this three times in a row and got a reading of twice, sixteen times and three times a minute depending on the gusts of wind.
