One of the boys in our class has parents and grandparents that come from the Ukraine.
He goes there on his holidays and knows lots about the Ukraine. Today his mum came to our class to tell us a little about his country.
We learned lots and lots about the Ukraine from Iryna. She showed us a map, the flag and symbol of her country, and also some money. She taught us some Ukrainian words and letters and showed us the alphabet. She had a wonderful presentation which she showed us on the whiteboard about the food, countryside, festivals, clothes, toys, Easter and Christmas in the Ukraine.
Iryna brought lots of things to show us. She had clothes, toys, decorations, Easter Eggs and lots and lots more. We all got to taste Ukrainian biscuits. 
We really loved hearing about the Ukraine and now we all want to visit the Ukraine. Thanks to Iryna for such a wonderful presentation.
